I am a Free Software contributor and user. I enjoy using simple tools to create more complex tools (sed and awk tend to be involved in these chains).

I also like tweaking the tools that I use to better suit my needs. Usually this involves tweaking configurations or adding small scripts to make using the tools easier.

The current projects that I am actively developing are:

• CHASM --- The Cryptographic-Hash-Algorithm-Secured Mirroring solution. Aims to replace rsync as the de-facto mirroring tool for collections of data similar to Linux distributions.
• stater --- Command line microblogging client. Aimed towards status.net, but works with Twitter as well.
